Craigslist Catch

It has been awhile since I have posted anything on here, but I thought I would show everyone the great find, and subsequent fix up, of this great piece of furniture.

Now I thought this sideboard, which I picked up for $100 off Craigslist, looked pretty good already, but I was really looking for something that would provide some color in my living space. I decided to go for Krylon Hunter Green.

And this is how it turned out!(Not the best picture, but it gives you a pretty good idea)

 

I was feeling really lazy when I painted this and actually did not sand it at all. The spray paint had a built-in primer and covered really well. I also used brass metallic spray paint for the handles.
